Journey Church, Lowell, Indiana

We arrived at the RV MAPS project on June 10, 2016, but a few had already been here putting in the RV sites. Also, some of the inside walls were built. 

The plumbing and electrical conduit was almost finished. By Wednesday, we were ready for the concrete. 

During the week a couple of men from the church brought their tillers so that we could have a small garden. This church is really looking out for us and we are so greatful! 

Wendy, from the church, gave us the plants for our garden. 

Thank you Wendy and Joyce. They worked in the hot sun to get the plants in the ground. 

The men finished putting up our shelters. 

 

   Our home for the next few months. 

Thursday was a great day!  The concrete was poured. 

After the concrete dried, our men started marking out the walls. 

 

Tomorrow, Monday, the metal building is to be delivered!
