Yuma Visit, Christmas

I haven't blogged in a while (since our last MAPS project) but I am still here on blogger.  It seems that since I use an Apple product, that Blogger is no longer supported by Apple.  I did find an app that I hope will be compatible.  We have been busy..... We rolled into Yuma to visit our oldest daughters family for Christmas in time to celebrate Thanksgiving.  We found a fairly nice campground in Winterhaven, CA, Sans End RV Park.  They are busy upgrading the park and we enjoyed our stay there.

I enjoy the drive to Arizona. To me the scenery is interesting and has a beauty that some may not appreciate.

 The family stays quite busy with piano lessons and swimming as well as participating in a choral group.  We arrived in time to go to a couple of choral concerts.

Christmas time is always full of activities and Piano Recitals were fun.  The children did a wonderful job on their recital pieces.

The children also are on a swim team and doing really well.  We enjoyed going to one of their meets.

Of course Christmas was fun.  We baked cookies, the children decorated gingerbread houses..... 

...and had fun going to a Christmas Electric parade, and attending church for a Living Christmas Tree Concert.

  I wouldn't trade anything for the memories we made.
