Miami 2014 - Trinity Church

The gathering of our MAPS crew continues. We were happy to see Ron and Nancy yesterday and Les and Jan today.

The project is to move a wall, build a wall and construct rooms for children's church, Sunday School classrooms and offices....but wait....there is more to be revealed later.

First the men had to demolish the room and existing wall.

Here they are taking down the ceiling.

This room is quite large.

Here is a view of the wall that has to be torn down and another constructed to make the hallway wider.

This is a big job but we have a good crew.

We like to gather after the men are finished for the day under our shelters but today, the Miami rains got us a little wet.

    Jan and I trying to dodge the rain drops.  It was such a downpour that we all got a little damp.

The rain was coming through where the shelters meet so Al and Glenn put up gutters to drain the water.   Thanks guys!!  Sometime my hubby has great ideas.

We like our gathering space and looking forward for time of food and fellowship.
