Sweet Thirteen

While in Arizona, we celebrated our beautiful granddaughter's 13th Birthday.

On her special day, I took her for a girls day out....just us two.  We got a manicure and pedicure.

Then, her special request was to get her hair blowed straight.  She has beautiful curly red hair but as a teenager, I too remember when I wanted my hair straight.

We found a salon next to the nail place and she got a good hairstylist that knew just what she wanted.

After our primping, we shopped a little before meeting the family at Olive Garden for Birthday Dinner.

After dinner, we went back to their house for gift giving and fun.

Have you ever played the seran wrap ball game?  It is a lot of fun!  The children enjoyed unwrapping the huge ball of goodies.

We all enjoyed celebrating Number 13th Birthday.
