This is my first posting of our much anticipated RV travels.
We have planned on full time RVing for quite sometime and it seems that it may actually be a dream come true.
The plan is to spend around 5 months heading West. Final destination before coming back home for the fall/winter is Montana and Wyoming (Glenn’s home state). Since I lived mostly in Texas during my school years, I hope to visit some of the places I lived and hopefully see some long time friends.
Someday we may actually full time, but the economy must make a turnaround before selling our home.
Sunday May 27, 2011 we booked our first extended stay (one week) starting our trip. We have been planning to go to the Cornbread Festival at South Pittsburg, TN on the first leg of our trip . We booked a campsite at Hales Bar Marina and will start our journeys on April 27, 2011 . Since it is near Chattanooga (one of my favorite places) I am sure we will have a good time.
The next stop is not planned. Extenuating circumstances may bring us back home before continuing on our journey but someday we will make it West.
